I appreciate old stone Home building renovations and decided to research this idea further with a few models that I created from locally found materials. The templates on this model made from two types of papier mache are Inspired by the idea cobb or hay-bale construction. The yellow awning could be made of composities and the sinous lines of the wood from which it was fashioned provide a welcome shift of form from the otherwise traditional, rectangular lines of the house to which it has been added.
